Fall Festivals

We have attended 5 fall festivals in the last 9 days. Missouri loves its fall festivals. This has meant a lot of fresh air, face paint, bouncy houses, and a lot of grilled hotdogs.

And more bouncy houses--each of the five festivals had a least one

Fall is upon us and the weather is beginning to get chilly. So we are gearing up for Fall Fun and Halloween.

We found this old costume among our Halloween decorations.

Around the House

Here are some pics of us hanging around the house.

I love soda!

I am drunk on Soda!

No pants and showing a little shoulder!

After the initial buzz from the coke, then she crashes...

Fin loves this pool tube. She walks around the house with it all the time.

Hiking and S'Mores

It has been some time since we have posted a blog. We took a family vacation to Hawaii and we sent all those pictures out by e-mail. Then school started and life become far more busy--but fun. We "discovered" a new wildlife area in the Columbia area--Three Creeks Conservation Area. The nice thing about it--and about Missouri Natural Resources--is that they do not have a lot of rules and regulations. They want to encourage people to use the land. So at Three Creeks you can out up camp anywhere you like and light fires etc. etc. So we took a hike and had some S'Mores one afternoon.

Yes, that is a 100 foot drop off behind us...safety first.
MMMMMM! S'Mores!!!
